ROPLAST, the systems house of the ROSEN Group, develops and manufactures products and systems using high performance RoPlasthan® elastomers. ROPLAST’s product range includes: Easy Clean™ and UltimateClean™ pipeline cleaning tools (ATEX), cups & discs, transmitters, data loggers, electronic pig detectors, sensors, rollers, elastomer bearings, vibration dampers, clamps, valve insulation plates, diabolo rollers, buffers, wheel chocks, fasteners, custom products and systems.

RoPlasthan® is a unique family of non-cellular polyurethane elastomers for demanding applications. It features outstanding mechanical properties combined with a widely extended range of thermal, hydrolytic, and chemical resistance and shows excellent dynamic behaviour even under extreme conditions.

The newly developed RoCoat™ pipe interior coating based on RoPlasthan® technology provides high abrasion resistance and wall adhesion strength.
