Spetsneftegaz NPO JSC, in-line inspection operator for Gazprom JSC, for 18 years, invents, develops and produces high resolution electronic magnetic, ultrasonic ILI tools and cleaning pigs – diameters 6” to 56” - for gas, oil and product pipelines onshore and offshore, including: EMAT (electromagnetic acoustic ILI tools to detect and size extra small SCC cracks and disbanded coating zones), MFL, MFL+ (“introscopes” for photographic inspection of inner pipeline surfaces), TFI, electronic geometry ILI tools with built-in XYZ mapping, demagnetizing tools, ILI tools (stress meters) for locating and measuring pipeline stress zones.

The company’s Scientific & Production Base, the Computer ILI Data Treatment Centre is located in Ekaterinburg. Final reports in English are to international standards. Spetsneftegaz works in Russia, CIS countries, the EU, Argentina, India and the Middle East.
