About Registration
Conference Delegate Fee: The conference delegate fee depends on whether a delegate is a PPSA member or non-member, and whether payment is completed by the Early Bird cutoff date of 18th October or not.
The fee includes refreshments, lunch and copies of the conference papers. The fee is subject to VAT where applicable. YPP Member places are subject to availability.

Course: The "An Introduction to Pigging" course price is € 150 (plus VAT, if applicable) per person. Lunch is included in the price.
Welcome Drink and Exhibition Preview: free-of-charge - registration required.
Exhibition Stands: Members can request an exhibition space at the conference. The exhibition stand rate is € 1500 (plus VAT, if applicable). Please contact for more information.
Payment: In Euros (EUR) only, by credit card. You will be invoiced and sent a credit card payment link when payment is due.
Payment must be made at least 14 days prior to the conference (3rd November 2026). After this date reserved places may be sold to other delegates wishing to attend. Bookings made after 3rd November 2026 must be made by credit card.

Booking conditions (the small print):

- Cancellations for any of the events made in writing and received 16 or more working days prior to the event will be refunded less a € 30 handling fee.
- Cancellations for any of the events received 15 working days or less prior to the event will not be refunded, and the full invoice fee will be payable regardless of whether you attend the event or not. Substitutions may be made at any time.
- Confirmation of your booking will be made in writing as soon as possible upon receipt of payment. This confirmation will be emailed to the address given on the booking form, unless otherwise required.
- Once completed and submitted, this form is regarded thereafter as a form of contract.
